1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how GOO PROMOTIONS LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as LucraScale ("LucraScale," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit lucrascale.com, contact us, receive text messages from us or use our services. We are based in Los Angeles, California. LucraScale provides Google review growth, websites, local search (SEO) and business automation services to local businesses.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and business details you give us, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, business name and business address, when you request a call, contact us or become a client.
- Communications you send us by email, text message, phone or our website.
- Text-message consent records: your mobile number, the date and time you agreed to receive text messages, how you agreed and any opt-out request.
- Usage data collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page.
- Payment information is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and schedule calls you request.
- To provide, manage and support our services, including onboarding, account and billing communications.
- To send the text messages you have agreed to receive, and to honor your opt-out requests.
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal obligations and wireless carrier requirements.
4. Text messages (SMS)
What we send. If you agree to receive text messages from LucraScale, we may text you about calls and appointments you request with us, your account and our services, support, and requests for feedback or a review of your experience with LucraScale. We send promotional text messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them.
How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from LucraScale, for example when you request a call, contact us through our website or become a client. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying or using our services.
How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@lucrascale.com.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
We do not share data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

5. Messages we send for our clients
We also provide review-request and messaging tools to local businesses (our clients). When a client business texts its own customers through our services, that business is the sender of those messages, and its own privacy policy and terms apply. We handle those phone numbers only to deliver the client's messages and process opt-outs. We never use them for our own marketing, and we never sell or share them.
6. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not buy, sell or broker leads.
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our text-messaging and email providers, customer management software, payment processor and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us and must protect it.
- Legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena, court order or another legal process.
- Protection, when necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of LucraScale, our clients or others.
Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above, as stated in section 4.
7. How long we keep information
We keep contact and account information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We keep text-message consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to prove consent and to honor your choices.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to work properly, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
10. Children
Our services are for business owners and professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email support@lucrascale.com and we will delete it.
11. Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. To make a request, email support@lucrascale.com.
12. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights. To make a request, email support@lucrascale.com.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
