1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of lucrascale.com, our services and the LucraScale text-messaging program. By using our website or services, or by agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who we are
This website and our services are operated by GOO PROMOTIONS LLC, a California limited liability company that does business under the name LucraScale ("LucraScale," "we," "us" or "our"), based in Los Angeles, California. Every reference to LucraScale in these terms means GOO PROMOTIONS LLC, doing business as LucraScale.
3. Text-messaging (SMS) terms

What you'll receive. LucraScale provides Google review growth, websites, local search and automation services to local businesses. If you agree to receive text messages from us, we may text you about calls and appointments you request with us, your account and our services, support, and requests for feedback or a review of your experience with LucraScale. We send promotional text messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them.
How you join. You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from LucraScale, for example when you request a call, contact us through our website or become a client. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying or using our services.
How to stop. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
How to get help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@lucrascale.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates and frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message opt-in data for marketing or promotional purposes.
Messages from our clients. When a local business that uses LucraScale's services texts its own customers, that business is the sender, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to those messages. Reply STOP to any of those messages to opt out of that business's texts.
4. Our services
LucraScale provides done-for-you Google review growth, website design, local search (SEO), AI receptionist and business automation services to local businesses. The scope, pricing and length of any paid service are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, search rankings, leads or revenue. We do not write, buy or post fake reviews, and we do not offer customers rewards for leaving reviews.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services to break any law or regulation, send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, upload harmful code, impersonate anyone, or interfere with the security or operation of our website or services. Clients who send messages through our services are responsible for having their recipients' consent and for following the laws and carrier rules that apply to their messages.
6. Intellectual property
All content on lucrascale.com, including text, graphics, logos, designs and code, belongs to GOO PROMOTIONS LLC, doing business as LucraScale, or its licensors, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOO PROMOTIONS LLC, doing business as LucraScale, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services, even if we were told such damages were possible.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GOO PROMOTIONS LLC, doing business as LucraScale, and its members, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using our website or services after a change, you accept the updated terms. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of our website.
